WHAT DOES BUY CHILLED CHERRIES ONLINE MEAN?

I used to be trying to find cherries with no preservatives and pitted for any cherry stout beer I will likely be brewing and stumbled on Brecknock orchards. I purchased 5 lbs and they came packed nicely inside of a cooler. I tried 1 prior to freezing and it had been juicy and tasted excellent.Cherries just arrived and they're pretty awesome sizing
